How early do I need to book my car?

The earlier the better. However, 12 hours before your journey would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking, it is best to call us to confirm.


Can I make a booking on the phone?

Yes, you can make a booking on the phone by calling + 44 (0) 1420377037. Or via email enquiries@ollyscars.uk which is our preferred way for airport bookings.


How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once booked you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking. You can also call us and we will be happy to let you know if your booking is confirmed.


What if the flight is delayed or early?

We will check the flight status on the day and meet you accordingly.


How do I find my driver at the airport?

Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name on a card if agreed to meet at arrivals. If arranged otherwise we will provide mobile number to contact your driver.


Is your service available day and night?

Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year for per booked airports and longer distances journeys.


What happens if I cannot find my driver?

We are providing direct mobile number drivers who is meeting you so you can contact him directly.


Are you a licensed company?

Yes. We are officially licensed by East Hampshire District Council to carry the public.
